La empresa vendedora puede vender todos sus activos, la mayor parte de ellos o incluso solo una parte. Los acuerdos de compra de activos suelen ser complejos e implican que el comprador adquiera los activos, derechos y\/o pasivos del vendedor como parte de la compra.
