Christine M. Lugo is a senior associate attorney at The Campbell Law Group, P.A., where her practice focuses on transactional matters, family law, corporate law, and commercial litigation. She brings over 11 years of experience, including a background in complex commercial litigation and appellate practice in both state and federal courts.

Christine has worked on high stakes matters involving breach of contract, real estate and foreclosure disputes, fraud, personal injury, and complex business litigation matters, including contributing to the successful procurement of a $38.4 million judgment in a fraud case and a partial reversal of $750,000 on a $2.99 million judgment before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She also has substantial appellate experience, having drafted briefs and motions and argued before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal on statute of limitations and statute of repose issues, and has obtained appellate attorney’s fees after prevailing on appeal.

Christine’s earlier experience includes representing indigent clients as a Certified Legal Intern with the Family & Education Law Clinic at Florida International University College of Law, and serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ariana Fajardo at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, as well as a legal intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office Domestic Representation Unit. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, motion practice, courtroom advocacy, and client counseling.

Christine earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Securities Law Enforcement. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida International University, with a major in Advertising and a minor in Political Science. She is licensed to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Sixth Circuits, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and has been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Outside of her legal practice, Christine enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
